Our story, briefly
Cerebrum began by solving hard data problems for Qatar's national institutions — utilities, ministries, authorities — consolidating fragmented estates into governed platforms. A pattern emerged across those engagements: organizations needed more than consulting; they needed repeatable platforms with governance, visibility, and measurable outcomes built in. That insight became our platform family — from InsightRoom's media intelligence to Perforhigh's national strategy tracking — each one born in real delivery, then productized for the region.
Today we serve the GCC from Doha: 54+ specialists, 45+ delivered projects, and a client roster that spans the institutions of the state and the region's leading enterprises — with our first deployment in Saudi Arabia already live.
